Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using YoYo Decision("the App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the App or any related services.
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the services provided through the App (the "Services"). "User" refers to any individual or organization using the Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any revised Terms will become effective immediately upon publication within the App and will replace any previous versions without further notice. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
If we discover or receive reports or complaints that a user has violated these Terms, we reserve the right to review and remove any relevant content, including but not limited to user information and activity records, without prior notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may impose penalties including warnings, account suspension, device restrictions, or feature restrictions, and notify the user of the outcome.
Users whose accounts or features have been restricted due to violations of these Terms may contact us. Feature restrictions will be automatically lifted when the restriction period expires. Users may also submit an appeal, which we will review and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the penalty should be modified.
You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to take appropriate action against any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. Such actions may include preserving relevant information and reporting violations to competent authorities as required by law. You shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from your violations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our business partners against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.
"Content" refers to any information created, uploaded, copied, published, transmitted, or otherwise generated by users while using the App, including but not limited to profile pictures, usernames, profile descriptions, authentication materials, text, voice recordings, images, videos, messages, replies, automatic replies, linked pages, and any other content associated with the use of the App or Services.
